1. General Terms

Kashmir Cabs Booking is a transport and tour cab service operating in Kashmir, India.
All bookings made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp are subject to availability and confirmation.
By booking with us, you agree to our pricing, policies, and driver guidelines.

2. Booking & Payment

Advance Booking: We recommend booking your cab at least 12 hours in advance for guaranteed availability.
Payment Options: We accept payments via cash, UPI & bank transfer.
Advance Deposit: Some bookings (e.g., multi-day tours) may require an advance payment of up to 30%.
Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message via WhatsApp, email, or SMS from our team.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations by Customer:
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund of advance
- Less than 24 hours before pickup: 50% refund of advance
- No-show or last-minute cancellation: No refund
Cancellations by Us:
- If we cancel due to unforeseen issues (weather, strikes, etc.), full refund or alternate arrangement will be offered.
Refund Method: Refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.

4. Ride & Vehicle Use Policy

Passengers must respect the driver and vehicle at all times. Damage to the car due to misuse will be chargeable.
Smoking, drinking, or carrying illegal substances inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
The number of passengers must not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity.
Luggage should be within permissible limits to avoid inconvenience during the ride.

5. Delays & Route Changes

Kashmir Cabs Booking is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, roadblocks, or government restrictions.
Customers must inform us of any changes in the itinerary in advance. Last-minute route changes may incur additional charges.

6. Driver Policy

Our drivers are professionally trained and verified.
Drivers may refuse the trip if:
- Passengers behave inappropriately
- Payment terms are not met
- Road conditions or weather pose a safety risk

7. Travel Insurance

We do not provide travel insurance. Passengers are advised to carry their own travel or medical insurance, especially for long-distance or multi-day trips.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Kashmir Cabs Booking is not liable for:
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Delays caused by third-party services (hotels, flight delays, etc.)
- Accidents or force majeure events beyond our control
We will, however, take all necessary steps to assist and resolve customer issues to the best of our abilities.

9. Use of Website

All content, images, and branding on our website are the property of Kashmir Cabs Booking and may not be used or copied without permission.
You agree not to misuse or interfere with the functioning of our website or booking systems.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
