At Kashmir Cabs Booking, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring smooth operations and vehicle availability for all customers.

🗓️ Cancellation Policy

✅ Cancellations by Customer

More than 24 hours before pickup time:
- 100% refund of the advance amount.
12 to 24 hours before pickup:
- 50% refund of the advance amount.
Less than 12 hours before pickup OR No Show:
- No refund will be processed.

Note: If you cancel a multi-day package tour within 48 hours of the start time, partial refunds may apply based on prior arrangements and driver dispatch costs.

❌ Cancellations by Kashmir Cabs Booking

In rare cases, we may cancel a booking due to:

Natural calamities (landslides, snowfall, floods)
Political unrest or strikes
Vehicle breakdown or unavailability

In such situations, customers will be:

Offered an alternate vehicle or date, or
Provided a 100% refund of any advance paid only If no Distance Travelled.

💸 Refund Policy

Refund Mode:
Refunds are made via the original mode of payment (UPI, bank transfer, or digital wallet).
Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after approval.
Partial Services:
If the trip is curtailed mid-way due to customer reasons, refund will not be applicable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

📌 Important Notes

Advance Amount refers to any upfront payment made to confirm your booking.
Refund requests must be made via email or WhatsApp, clearly mentioning your name, booking ID, and reason for cancellation.
Force Majeure Events (weather disruptions, lockdowns, or government restrictions) will be handled on a case-by-case basis with flexible solutions.
